The goal of the Young Professionals Leadership Series is to inspire future leaders through speakers and seminars that promote professional development. The Leadership Series hopes to motivate Young Professionals to choose Derby as the place to live, work and/or play.

The goal of the Young Professionals of Derby Networking Series is to give the young professionals opportunities to make contacts that are professionally beneficial. Through the Networking Series, YPD hopes to also encourage involvement with Chamber members as another option for building professional relationships.
